All plans are billed in USD as a recurring monthly subscription, except the free Draft plan. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance used by the workspace when you generate records. This is an online-only digital service — no physical goods and no shipping.

How billing works

  • Paid plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing support@coastalsbplumb.shop.
  • Credits reset at the start of each monthly billing period. One generation uses credits based on output length. Unused credits do not roll over.
  • On cancellation, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period; you are not charged again. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • Your card statement will show the descriptor AI UTILITY LOG.
  • Prices are shown exclusive of any applicable taxes, which are added at checkout where required.
