Refund & Cancellation Policy

Coastalsbplumb is an online-only digital subscription service. This policy explains how cancellation and refunds work.
Cancellation
- You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing support@coastalsbplumb.shop.
- When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current paid month and is not renewed afterward.
- Cancelling stops future charges; it does not retroactively refund a period already started, except as described below.
Refunds
- Because this is a digital service delivered immediately, monthly fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun.
- Credits that have already been used are non-refundable. Unused credits have no cash value and do not roll over.
- If you were charged in error, charged after a valid cancellation, or experienced a service failure, contact us within 14 days and we will review and, where appropriate, issue a refund.
Billing errors & disputes
Email support@coastalsbplumb.shop with the email on your account and the statement descriptor AI UTILITY LOG. We aim to respond within one business day during Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time (ET).
Consumer rights
This policy is in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws in your place of residence, which are not affected by this policy. See our Terms of Service.
